They needed to re-train sales personnel to sell their resilient (vinyl),laminate, porcelain, and hardwood flooring products based on life stage appeal… Not on technical geek speak that confounded potential buyers. This led to the Mannington Customer Connect sales training program, also known as MC2.
What Marina Did…
- Created a logotype for MC2
- Developed sales training collateral for MC2 comprised of print, digital, and video
- Created a Resilient-specific brochure for first-time floor purchasers
- Developed several other identity programs for Mannington based on the success of MC2, including the Mannington sales incentive program and the visual identity for their Mannington One offering
